Professional Comprehensive Surveys and Inspections
IEQ Pros delivers thorough high-quality surveys and inspections following the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) guidelines and standards.
We assess the health of indoor air and investigate environmental hazards. By using industry-leading technology, sampling, and analytical methods, we ensure that our surveys are the most comprehensive available.
Air Quality Assessments & Testing
We detect hazardous indoor environmental air quality pollutants such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), ozone (O3), airborne particulate matter (PM10, PM2. 5), asbestos, lead (Pb), carbon monoxide (CO), radon, and mold by conducting thorough air quality assessments and testing. All samples are analyzed by an American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) accredited laboratory.
Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Verification
Following the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) guidelines and standards, IEQ Pros will verify the building HVAC system during heating and cooling seasons. Ventilation verification surveying of air intakes, exhaust fans, supply grilles, and return fans. Temperature verification.
Thermal Imaging Infrared (IR) Camera
Using Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR) camera instrumentation we carefully reveal any temperature inconsistencies of building materials indicating possible hidden mold, water damage or moisture concerns.
Building Moisture Mapping
We precisely map and verify any water damage, and moisture content found in the impacted surfaces on all accessible walls, ceilings, and floors using a moisture meter.
Airborne and Surface Microbial Sampling
Following the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certificate (IICRC), S520 “Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation", we collect airborne and/or surface fungal spore samples. The samples are analyzed by an American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) accredited laboratory.
